Wild, right? Apple products have done this extensively. The video shows how magazines are now useless and impossible to understand, for digital natives. It shows real life clip of a 1-year old, growing among touch screens and print. And how the latter becomes irrelevant. Medium is message. Humble tribute to Steve Jobs, by the most important person : a baby.\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"lL\" style=\"max-width:100%;width:640px;margin:5px;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, people read these things like crazy.  I have recently started contributing an occasional column to the print magazine, known as &#8220;Out There.&#8221;  (Our blog neighbor Carl Zimmer has been <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.discovermagazine.com\/loom\/2011\/07\/26\/how-to-feed-your-freakish-brain-my-new-column-for-discover\/\">columnizing about the brain<\/a> for a while now.) My first column appeared in the October issue (which comes out in September), and is <a href=\"http:\/\/discovermagazine.com\/2011\/oct\/18-out-there-welcome-to-the-multiverse\">now online &#8212; check it out<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The issue I&#8217;m tackling, under the draconian word count limit of an actual print magazine, is whether it&#8217;s scientific to talk about the multiverse.  (Spoiler: it is!)
