It has also appeared at <a href=\"http:\/\/crookedtimber.org\/2009\/03\/11\/time-after-time\/\">Crooked Timber<\/a>, a phenomenon that can ultimately traced to the holographic non-locality inherent in quantum descriptions of space as well as time.<\/p>\n<p>Readers of underdeveloped imagination will wonder how a review could appear when the book has not yet been written.
