Tomorrow it&#8217;s back to Chicago, where I&#8217;ll be hosting <a href=\"http:\/\/sciencepolicy.colorado.edu\/scienceadvisors\/lane.html\">Neal Lane<\/a>, former White House Science Advisor. He&#8217;ll be giving our Physics Colloquium, with the the provocative title: &#8220;One perspective on American science &#8211; some trouble ahead!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Then it&#8217;s off to Florida for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aps.org\/meet\/APR05\/index.cfm\">APS Meeting<\/a>.  I&#8217;m the organizer for a session on &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/meetings.aps.org\/Meeting\/APR05\/SessionIndex2\/?SessionEventID=29959\">Cosmological Constraints on Theories of Gravitation and Fundamental Physics<\/a>,&#8221; featuring talks by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.physics.rutgers.edu\/~kosowsky\/\">Arthur Kosowsky<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/cfcp.uchicago.edu\/~hiranya\/\">Hiranya Peiris<\/a>, and fellow cosmologist\/blogger <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phy.syr.edu\/~trodden\/\">Mark Trodden<\/a>.
